At a time when 3D games were the norm this superb 2D “run and gun” games got little attention back in 1995 when it was released on the PlayStation 1. It is up there with Treasure’s Gunstar Hero and is the best example of its genre on the console.

The Manga style front cover, although not immediately eye-catching, adds to the overall appeal. A great game that had very little promotion at the time resulting in low sales, which ultimately means the game is relatively rare.

I picked this up at a boot sale for £1, however expect to pay between £20 and £30 for a complete copy from ebay.
